NIDA’s team of educators is made up of seasoned professionals with proven
expertise across the full range of dramatic disciplines including acting, writing, staging, movement,
voice, costume and production design.

NIDA makes its training accessible to the public via NIDA Open short courses. There are courses
available for students of all ages and abilities, and most classes don’t require any previous
experience. Courses provide each student with practical, dynamic skills development in a supportive,
inspirational and fun learning environment.

NIDA Open offers classes for children and young people during the school terms and holiday periods.
Courses are held at NIDA’s award-winning campus in Kensington, as well as NIDA’s partner venues in selected Sydney suburbs, including Chatswood, Campbelltown, The Hills and Parramatta.
