Healthy Chocolate Crackles

We found this recipe from Natural New Age Mum and they are seriously delicious! 

Healthy Chocolate Crackles

Ingredients;

2 cups organic brown rice puffs 

1/2 cup dessicated coconut

1/2 cup coconut sugar

3 tablespoons of raw cacao

125g coconut oil

Method:

Heat the coconut sugar in a small pot with the coconut oil, cacao and coconut and heat gently till all sugar is dissolved.

Pour your melted chocolatey mix over the rice puffs in a bowl and combine thoroughly with a large spoon.

Gently spoon the mixture into each patty/muffin case, making sure you mix it as you go, so the chocolatey mix is even throughout each crackle.

Put them into the fridge and wait, wait, wait until they go hard (it’s not too long!).

This would be perfect to serve at kids’ parties, as a special treat. My kids love it in their lunchbox too.
